SLDC operates under a Board composed of eight (8)
Non-Executive Directors appointed by the Share holders on the recommendations
of the Parent Ministry. The Board meets at least once per month and all the
major decisions with regards to projects, tenders, recruitments of Cadre, award
of major contracts, policy decisions, strategic plans, buying and selling of
land are implemented following approval of Board members.
