Stake Holders

SLDC is a Public Company which is fully involved in several activities such as land developer for residential, commercial and industrial areas, planter and warehouser of land resources. In this respect, the stake holders of SLDC varies from the general public seeking to purchase residential plot of land, or investors (both local and international) seeking land on lease for industrial development, Government institutions or department seeking land for the implementation of projects of national importance, brokers for the sales of sugar, millers for receiving canes produced by the company, field workers, contractual workers, lorry owners, contractors, land planners, architects, engineers, bankers, international funding agencies and Government or private service providers.
